Sealing and Cutting Machine for Flat Type Bag
Introduction
Main Uses
This machine is suited for tension free、bottom sealing bag(flat bag) and T-shirt bag.
Main Features
•Connecting with the plastic sealing and cutting machine to deliver the accumulative plastic bags automatically ,reducing labor cost and equipped with conveyor belt device.
•Tension free adopting up and down heating device for sealing knife provideing superior straight accuracy for bottom sealing.
•Automatic electronic control. Using plugging type IC circuit for easy replacement.
•Using KT5 high-sensitivity electric sensor which can keep high accuracy.
•Main machine is controlled and driven by AC motor with inverter,no adjustment is required and easy to operate.
•The machine will stop automatically when(1)the bags become jammed or overlapped. (2)temperature is too low.(3)the film is in inaccurate position.
•High stability and continuous high speed producing to increase efficiency.
Optional Equipment
●Single-layer or double-layer production is available.
●For machine equipped one electric sensors,it can produce simultaneously one line bag.
●For machine equipped two electric sensors,it can produce simultaneously two line bags.
