Servo-Control Sealing and Cutting Bag Machine for Thin and Thick Bag
Introduction
Main Uses
This machine is suited for cutting and sealing thin and thick bags such as PP/PE bag 、fertilizer bag、salt bag、plastic bag、sugar bag 、rice bag ,etc.
Main Features
•Servo motor controls length tolerance,ensures high efficiency and accuracy.
•Tension free adopting up and down heating device for sealing knife provideing superior straight accuracy for bottom sealing.
•Tension-free device to upgrade sealing security .
•Using KT5 high-sensitivity electric sensor which can keep high accuracy.
•Main machine is controlled and driven by AC motor with inverter,no adjustment is required and easy to operate.
•The machine will stop automatically when
(1)the bags become jammed or overlapped
(2)temperature is too low.(3)the film is in inaccurate position.
•High stability and continuous high speed producing to increase efficiency.
