This machine is designed for folding bags such as papers 、vast garbage bag、tablecloth of various material and cloth.
Main Features
•Servo motor controls length tolerance,ensures high efficiency and accuracy.
•Connected with sealing and cutting machine,every sheet is folded automatically to save labor cost .
•Number of sheets can be processed by digital system.
•Folding large-size into normal-size and can supply three or four folding process simultaneously.
•Using KT5 high-sensitivity electric sensor which can keep accuracy.
•Automatic electronic control. Using plugging type IC circuit for easy replacement.
•Main machine is controlled and driven by AC motor with inverter,no adjustment is required and easy to operate.
•The machine will stop automatically when(1)the bags become jammed or overlapped. (2)the film is in inaccurate position.
•High stability and continuous high speed producing to increase efficiency.
