This machine is designed for making T-shirt bags.
Main Features
•Servo motor controls length tolerance,ensures high efficiency and accuracy.
• Using automatic pneumatics and hydraulics type punching device to save the labor cost.
•Equipped with one electric sensor,this machine can produce single-lane printing bags/Equipped with two electric sensors,this machine can produce simultaneously double-lane printing bags.
•Adopting up and down heating device for sealing knife providing superior straight accuracy for bottom sealing.
•Using KT5 high-sensitivity electric sensor which can keep accuracy
•Automatic electronic control. Using plugging type IC circuit for easy replacement.
•Main machine is controlled and driven by AC motor with inverter,no adjustment is required and easy to operate.
•The machine will stop automatically when
(1)the bags become jammed or overlapped.
(2)the film is in inaccurate position.
•High stability and continuous high speed producing to increase efficiency.
